l bought a brand new Telwin force 165 (150 AMP)
How to connect the ground cable to the clamp and electrode cable to the electrode holder? Pictures on the internet or on youtube? Could someone be so kind and help?
A new inverter is usually supplied with two leads made up ready with DINSE plugs. Push the clamp cable into the negative socket on the welder and twist it about 3/4 of a turn until it's firm and do the same with the electrode holder cable and the positive socket.
If you have to attach an electrode holder or clamp to a cable, they usually have a lug
You carefully remove the insulation for 2cm or so, push the copper wires into the lug, then crimp it up or screw it tight, depending on the type of lug. The clamp or the electrode holder connects to the lug via a nut and bolt which passes through the hole in the lug.
Some electrode holders don't use a lug. They have a couple of copper pieces which screw down onto the bare end of the welding cable.
