Telemecanique AC Speed Drive

Got a chance at picking one up from a mate cheap, he knows nothing about it. Neither do I for that matter, but it looks cool and sounds useful.

Are these the things that take 220v single phase and chuck out 220v/400v three phase?

It states 0.37kW or 1/2hp

it is worth noting that telemec are now owned by shneider so any info you need for it would be through them not telemec
