Does anyone on here own or have experience of the above machine or any of the ones from this range?
I want to upgrade from my trusty Portamig 215 (pre-capacitor) and am struggling to decide what to go for. I am over 60 so I reckon this could be my last MIG purchase - I want to make the right choice!
My original tick list was:
The T-MIG is probably total overkill for me but it's only money - anyhow I can't go on expensive holidays just now and you can only spend so much on chips and beer!
Originally I was looking at the Oxford I MIG 330 but a member on here had one and experienced problems with cold starts on low settings. Next step will be to contact Tech Arc and see whether they own up to that being a feature, or maybe the other members machine had a fault?
I need to stop cogitating and get my order in.
