Hi all, I'm new to the site and fairly new to welding too. I have dabbled with Mig and gas at work and have a Mig at home which is mainly used for repairing my fleet of shonky vehicles
I work in a youth project and we have both mig and oxy/acetylene which we use for basic fabrication. No one here is trained as such in welding other than getting a few pointers from those with more experience and basic trial and error practice.
We would like to be able to teach some of our young people to weld (most likely Mig) and as such I have been tasked with finding out what qualifications we would need to gain? I've followed a few dead links and then remembered this place so thought I'd ask here.
Any help/advice much appreciated
