Looks nice and easy Brian,do you need a backstop as well or you making completely open like your link?
Presume we're talking about Air Rifle here?
It might be necessary to counterbalance the spinner to a degree to that the pellet has sufficient energy to knock them over or whatever.
There a range of reactive target available for field target shooting. Some reset with a sting that you pull. Having all the targets in a row insn't very challenging once you are dialled in. Targets that you can move around at different ranges are more fun.

Check out the qb78 co2 powered ,easily modified good power and very accurate,i bought one for my boys to learn with ,qb79 even nicer, its a slippery slope, can spend a fortune
You did see "easily modified?"........tuning example....I easily had 18ft/lbs before reducing to remain legal,no recoil either
I will be making a chipboard backstop...
Are you sure? I seem to recall from my air-rifle days that chipboard was the worst thing possible from which to make backstops as it makes for horrendous rebounds... the pellets come back on almost the same trajectory with most of their energy!
