well there you go.....can please let them be original early Pratt Chucks as they were made in the local town..... havn't got any chucks for the museum, but did get then a catalogue of chucks from about 1920 and this badge and playing cardsDon’t get too excited, most of his stuff is front 1823, box loads of it in his garage. Soon to be moved to one of those museums you go to
They won't - they'll just call your local scrap iron collectors . . . he'll tell 'em its worth nowt, and it'll only cost them a couple hundred for him to take it away . . . and they'll end up feeling the got a good dealI just collect stuff so that whomever has to get shut of my stuff when I pop my clogs will be cursing me something rotten.

I struggled with very little for so long I really enjoy having the right tool for a job even if I don't need it.
I find it great therapy and its also got me through some tough times, even met some great nutters through it.
I think I saw you buying them, in a card board box? I was surprised as that dealer we felt was expensive on a lot of stuff but he cant know the price of everything, he sold a Drill for top money last time.i didnt buy them my bruv did and he has use for them
I have only had a workbench and vice for the last 15 years I remember jamming a car strut in a grid to hold it whilst I got the spring off! This is where I am at quite often. I have some really terrific tools that I have only used once, bought for a specific job. "So this is how you do it when you have the right tool". Remembering how you struggled in the past when you didn't.
I am just a Kleptomaniac I do wonder where winchboy gets it from though!
We do sell some so we can afford to keep some as many other people do as our hobby would be too expensive if it was all bought new
Sorry wrong word, whats there correct one for my condition? You steal stuff? That's some admission.
Kleptomania
Kleptomania is a condition in which a person experiences a consistent impulse to steal items they do not need. The things people with kleptomania steal typically have little value to them and are often discarded or given away after being taken.www.psychologytoday.com
