Taper tops

I got fix the top layer of ICF blocks they are half blocks I would have a lot of wastage if I purchased taper forms and cut them in half, where can I get one of these:

I have 51 meters to do

By "one of these", do you mean the hot knife tool?

If so, search for 'hot knife' and make your choice. You will have to make the special shape wire to suit the blocks as that is a niche application.
