That art mate, pure artWalls definitely make good storage for tools etc, Most useful things right in front of you, I recon that you will be aiming for something a"little" tidier than mine.

[although I have no room to speak......
]Ford V8 Windsor Bob?
Gathering parts for a 289 build at the moment, that would look and perform great on it!
As per title I am looking at hanging tools on the wall in the mancave extension rather than the conventional roll cab/draws etc. Dont need the full house tool kit but would like to get a decent collection on the wall as a space saving idea.. I got four sheets of steel peg board and not unhappy with the pegs for spanners although they do pop off the board if you are not careful. I am looking for more ways of hanging the pliers, hammers, hacksaws etc.. what’s good and what’s rubbish in the ready made hanging systems? Ed thinks we we can 3D print all this gear but I would sooner save that for the things that can’t be bought.
Bob
Edit, I need pictures
Probably one drawers worth across all those panels though ?I've seen these [picture below] years ago and though it was a good spacesaving idea. Easy to make but using angle iron for the frames . I'm sure Aldi or Lidl had something similar for sale many moons ago.

Yep, roll cabs and Bisley drawers is the way for me too.Roll-cab properly organised for me
No, @8ob is just pleased to see you ...Hemi?

I would have used both sides of the board to place spanners , screwdrivers and the like. The gap between the boards would have to be wider unlike the dowl/tubing in the picture above. Carefully placed , I'm sure you could get quite abit of kit on them.I've seen these [picture below] years ago and though it was a good spacesaving idea. Note triple stacked spanners, smallest on top, if you need more torque take the next one down and so on
Many still offending, just waiting to be caught and dealt with yet again . )
