I think that's who I priced for my gearbox bits. Unfortunately they didn't have anything in stock & I would either have to wait 6 weeks until their monthly order from USA was delivered or pay crazy postage & get the stuff in 2 weeks!

Ideally I'd buy a complete new skirt for £58:
But I'm tight so am going to have a crack and make just a 900mm 'ish long section. Got some 2mm steel. Do I bend to shape first then put the lip on or form the lipped channel then bend it?
I was thinking form the lipped channel first then bend it. I was going to clamp the 2mm steel between the flanges of a couple of bits of PFC.
If 2mm thick and I want a 10mm finished lip,, how much do I leave sticking out before bending?
