I am looking at a SWP redline 210 MIG amp welder around £360.
Its my budget and i need a 210amp but i want to see if anyone has any idea if they are any good?
Note the low end amperage output only goes down to 45 Amps, so this is a no-no for bodywork and any light panel work, say under 1.5 mm m/s.
Duty cycle at the upper end is very important if you will be using it at 210 Amps for long. I should imagine it has a very short duty cycle at 210 Amps, probably one minute in ten. Okay for the odd heavy bracket, no good for regular work.
