Why don’t you post a photo and let the ladies of the forum judge?
it’s currently in bits - one of the brush holders shattered... I’ll have a think

Hopefully your ok young man
. Most of the time I don't even know when they get stuck in, but you find out walking and gripping things. Some are that small that you can't even see them, but boy can you feel them. Some you just have to leave till they fester up, break the skin and you can squeeze them out. I still have four in my left hand, two in my right, dug three out of my left foot last night and have three in my right that arn't bothering me at the moment
. Fortunately the government has stopped all travel, wonder how I would go through the metal detectors
.I’ve got long curly hair - I wear a bandana, but still I’ll find bits of wire and swarf occasionally when I brush it!
It dawned on me last night why it seems to have worsened.... I through out all the anti fatigue finger matts a while back, great for standing on for long periods, and held the swarf. Problem was they were past their best 10yrs ago.
Best look for some more
I had a pallet in front of my lathe for a while, the swarf dropping through was nice but when I took it up I found tools I didn't even know I'd lost.I don't like duck boards. I have a 4mx1m slatted rubber matt like duck board, everything you don't to want falls between the runs. Pita
