Nice and quick delivery (by DHL) from Atlas today and I now have lots and lots of soft carbon steel balls. Thanks to @fizzy for the suggestion.

It is lovely they are still in business. And still able to help.
See treat a customer right and even 30 years later you can get some extra business out of it!
In the end we didn't use the steel balls - went to phosphor bronze which they also supplied.
