A big railing project has just landed on where i work and i was asked the question in the title.

DC Iron up Newcastle way do pre drilled bar and always state if you want anything not listed to contact them, so maybe worth a try.
They do a decent delivery on all their stuff and been good with my orders, suppose it depends on quantity etc
