I think this makes the most sense. Nothing wrong with asking for a saucy pic for the workshop calendar thoughI think she had the decency to reach out rather than just nick content like 75% of youtubers so clearly has some business ethic. Plus there are plenty genres on youtube we might abhor but whether she's the kind of presenter we like or don't like at least the subjects of the vids are somewhat-aligned with doubleboost's channel.
With the greatest of respect, this isn't like someone wanting to place an advert for puppy-poison in the middle of a Channel 4 documentary on world hunger. I genuinely don't see what bad could come out of it - people subscribe to channels they think they will like on youtube and then are quick to unsubscribe if they conclude it's not their cup of tea.
So worst case is a bunch of extra views on the vid and some new subscribers. I'd not overthink it and just accept.
