A tub with a lid and a few bits of garden hose/plumbing/ bracketry and we've a very cheap, very ugly but functional pump.
Now, if someone suggested using a sub £10 Chinese plastic junk pump that relies on a exposed magnets to spin, I'd think "yea right, that'll work for like 3 minutes"
However, I've been running an even smaller one on my cold cut saw for about 2 years. It has blocked a couple times but not since I created a little maze made of magnets for the fluid to flow through before it gets to the pump. This one has a wier in the reception tub and all the fluid has to flow through a hole with a pair of speaker magnets either side. The soluble cutting fluid does seem to be taking its toll on the cut saw pump but it seems to keep persevering despite the odds
