Summerhouse Door Hinge

I need to replace some seized/broken wooden summer house door hinges, the hinge is made of a top and bottom cylindrical section and each has a threaded screw section sticking out the side, the picture shows the hinge (one in picture has one screw part broken off).

Can anyone tell me if this style hinge has a specific name as I am struggling to find them for sale.
