Suggestions on how to clean white chip harling.

I have a section that doesn't get much sun and has become discoloured, any suggestions on how to get rid of the dark staining on the left section?

Works a charm.

I buy sodium hypochlorite by the gallon because my driveway and patio see a lot of shade and go green, mix it up with some shampoo as a surfactant, I use it all over hard surfaces, gets rid of all sorts, I wet the surface down and spray it on with a weedkiller sprayer, keeping wetting it and don't let it dry until you are satisfied it's done all it can.

Works great on decorative chips that have gone manky too.

Just keep it away from plants and grass.

Yep Indeed. My old boss had the same issue. Bought the proper stuff, think mega expensive. Then sent a sample to one of our labs, their science confirmed it was sodium hypochlorite. Now much cheaper

I thought about brick acid, but it may weaken the cement and allow more chips to fall out.

My ex had the front of her house professionally power washed. They used a solution of hydrofluoric acid. The bloke was fully dressed head to toe in hardcore NBC suit, seriously, I reckon he could probably go scuba diving and come up dry. Nasty stuff but he did let me have a bucket to take home...
