Any recommendations for general mucky wear? Don't mind paying for it.
Background - usually have a pair of Grubs ankle height boots as what I normally wear day in day out but the quality of those has dropped off recently. It needs to be something similar in terms of waterproofness and handling mud and slip ons. I don't need safety toes and in fact would rather not.
Years ago I went to get a pair of boots from Snow+Rock and the chap measured my foot and commented yeah they're wide. Dissappeared into the storeroom behind me and then a few moments later poked his head out and exclaimed "they're not wide, they're ****ing obscene".
I tried the wide fitting version of Redbacks but couldn't even get my foot through the entrance of them.
