Wish mine was like that.My model keeps failing at the interface level die to heat creep I think.

No mate. Printing in PetG but using PLA as an interface because it does not stick to PetG and the supports come of clean. This however means you need a bigger purge tower and over 800% cleaning time. The model I am using has lots of places that could use support but the Auto support does not choose all places just some and I cant fathom why. You've lost me...interface level? Where the print meets the bed?
Presume you're printing ABS?
Are you using genuine bambulab nozzles? Why not just print it all in petg. The supports might be more difficult to remove but you won't have to worry about different temperatures for different filaments.
Not sure about Nozzles. Cant really tell nowerdays. But as for not printing it all in Petg thats because I have done loads that worked fine and I like to learn exactly WHY its not working now.Are you using genuine bambulab nozzles? I appreciate that and I know that works as I printed some bits off to test. I really would like to get to the bottom of why its clogging.Yes but as @ukracer seems to be having problems it might be best to go back to basics.
Can you screen shot your lads settings for PetG and PLA please?
I was asking as I seem to remember you posting about ordering them from amazon. I would order directly from bambulabs then you'll know they are genuine, which removes another potential problem with crap cheapo nozzles. I've had my printer for a while and have never had a blockage. Not sure about Nozzles
You could well be right. I got my nozzles from amazon. I have looked at Bambu so will get a couple and some knife blades.I was asking as I seem to remember you posting about ordering them from amazon. No way! It's a piece of metal with a holeThe obxidian nozzles @£70+ as well as being officially endorsed and sold by bambu don't really come under the 'cheap generic crap' sold on amazon etc category.

It is a complete hotend. By comparison the standard bambu hotend is £14.No way! It's a piece of metal with a hole
