Just hinges and handles to go now. And stick the wheels on. And air intakes.
I like that.
Any plans available?
I've probably the bits to make something similar.

Volumes, chamber hole and air intakes have all been sized with Feldon's BBQ calculator. Chimney is about twice as long as it should be because any shorter and I wouldn't have got the remaining stock in the shed. I may have to trim it or, add a restrictor plate.I made one like this some years back.
There's quite a lot of info around on size of firebox, flue diameter and firebox to cook chamber hole.
I found it OK and made some good smoked pork etc BUT I moved on to an " ugly drum smoker" based on 200l oil drum.
Incredibly fuel efficient and once you have the feel of the air vents runs a steady temperature for ages.
I have a temu PID controller and fan to set up and tune at some point.
Think there was a thread on here but there's a huge one on the US smoking bbq sites
Servicing my sons Hermle Westminster chime clock today & after putting it back together & hanging it on the wall I needed to adjust the minute hand so undid the hand nut & promptly dropped it down behind the freezer so as removing the freezer would mean removing a washing machine & various cupboards I decided to make a replacement.

See if anyone can spot the mistake? .
Technically 2 is 40mm less of a loser than 3 is! But I agree not alot in it!2 and 3 are equal opportunity losers.
