Home made scented Bees wax candles.

The red one was coloured with a red food dye. In last years Asda season candle range. The original was tosh.

The yellow shaded ones are from hives near water meadows, the white ones from wild wood lands.

This was a old pie dish, the wick is a thin off cut of wood, an on line suggestion.

Needed a spacer.
But didn’t have the right tools for it.

So did it in my way ;-).

Ha ha I was waiting on someone saying that
It is fine, I have put some adhesive lined heat shrink on the cable where it exits the gland and had it bent at the 90 degrees whilst setting. That way the cable coils correctly out of harms way when the stand is up and lets me keep the cable as short as possible.

Well I needed to test out the press a couple of times just to make sure it wasn't a fluke that it worked so well with the first one

Today I made the other part of the bonnet props. Just a pair of simple mounts that have a spring clip on. They hold the props in the stowed position.

Yes

Can't as it will be in a different position every time I rotate and also the foot will be at a different angle depending on the terrain.
That is the reason I wanted it to be flexible but also want it to be relatively rigid so that it doesn't rattle about when up.
