A sink in the workshop, managed to find enough bits and bobs to join an alkathene water pipe to a sink tap. There may or may not have been a heated bit of hosepipe and judicious use of Teflon tape used....

Didn't bother looking to see if I had any fittings for the waste pipe so a bucket will do for the moment.

Then it immediately got an upgrade

No rear legs because there's an aqua channel there and the waste pipe will eventually be running the length of the workshop.

Can you do a bit of kerning on the font to get the O and A closer together?

I can’t drink instant. I really can’t. It plays my ulcers up something chronic.

Doctor reckons it’s the chemical they put in to make it instant

So I’m a coffee snob with medical exemption, not by choice!!

Never realised any chemicals were added to " Freeze dried instant coffee " did a search at https://instantcupofcoffee.com/is-instant-coffee-full-of-chemicals/ it seems it's mainly due to the beans being roasted not the actual freeze drying

I've taken to Camp coffee with evaporated milk Going by the unkind comments from witnesses I'm pretty sure that makes me the opposite of a coffee snob.

Can you follow the outer edges if the cuts with a ball cutter to angle the edges a fraction ?
or
Use one of these 2nd from then right to follow the cut to give a clean sloped micro edge ?

I don't know if you know but there are down cut router bits they leave a good sharp top edge. It is worth investigating, there are also compound cutters both up cut at the bottom and down cut higher up. Worth a look

Still waiting on a bloody big window / patio door to arrive to seal off upstairs so we can plasterboard it. Then the electronics side can be started. Told it's going to be another month before that arrives now.

I could have made it stronger but it's just a lash up to have something in place temporarily. Still finding everything it's place at the moment. Some sink is better than no sink

Worth getting tested for the bacteria. A friend of mind had terrible acid reflux, I mentioned it to him, he got tested and had it as did his missus. Both got treated.

As the years have moved on it's likely a little more complicated than just get rid of the h.pylori but very likely you have a gut microbiome imbalance.

I was tested for that and I seem to remember the outcome was negative.

Had the camera down into the stomach and they took pictures of the ulcers. Wouldn’t let me keep copies though

I used to go every once in a while to monitor it but not since Covid. I’m not bothered as it’s a horrible procedure to be honest.

I have tablets for the acid thing to try and help stop ulcers developing also.

Reflux isn’t helped by a good size hernia in the valve at the the top of the stomach. Can’t remember what it’s called but it lets you go upside down without being sick.

If you haven't tried it already I found that raising the head end of the bed a few inches ,4 or5 , helps with reducing reflux at night.

Sort of back tracking a bit, but I’ve ordered a new coffee filter thingy thanks to @Maker pointing me in the right direction. It was indeed a V60.

So while I haven’t made it, that takes us back at least a page so we can go from there
