Test on a piece of anodised aluminium of the engraving I will hopefully do on the top clamps I am making (currently being anodised)
CRF letters are 8mm high, 1100 is 3mm, came out better than I thought it would.

obviously there will be a full report on the proceedings !

there would be, BUT. Having looked at the bearing. I really think it is out of my capability to do it. dimensions are 2.5mm inside 5.85mm outer and 4.1mm length so tiny. If anyone knows a supplier I would be very greatful. _So far, we have managed to find these. but only need one, two at most.

Now have one fitted to my bike, apart from the ugly bolt head, oem ones are reduced hex flanged but as I have the riser I made I needed longer so just standard head. I will hopefully be able to source some reduced head ones.

Can't compete with China, material costs me more than they sell stuff for.

I had considered it, even just milling down a standard bolt would have done but found some nice ones for less than it would be for my time
