It's gonna be a greenhouse. Not finished yet, obviously. Will be cladding it with transparent wriggly perspex, so I still need to add supports where the sheets will overlap. 25mm SHS with 1.5mm wall with 2mm 6013 @ 45 - 55amps. Don't zoom too close on the welds but actually a few of them are quite respectable. It don't easy, as my friend Tiago says, to weld this thin stuff: a delicate balance between hot enough and burning holes.

Quick little make.

Needed some footswitches for my music gear. Places want nearly 60 notes for one double.

Half that price and I've built two.
Just waiting on the TRS sockets and il paint em up. Black and blue to match the devices.

I’ve been meaning to do it for ages but over the past week I finally got decent inlet and exhaust filter setup built in my paint room.
I don’t do a load of paint work but it’ll be nice to keep a bit more dust out of it when I do.

Yesterday I made the left hand pillion peg.

Got it anodised and also stripped and re-anodised the foot brake pedal. Still have to engrave the peg but hopefully I will get a chance to do that today.
Also made up some stainless pins for the pegs.

Brake pedal on showing it is fairly close in colour to the front peg.

Not me. My 7yo.
He's been wanting porridge a lot recently so taught him how to make it himself.

This morning he decided to make it tasty by adding salt pepper and extra hot chilli sauce.

He might have enjoyed it but my 4yo didn't think so when he got a bowl. Neither did his gag reflex

Ah!....He should've used the 'Healthy Boy' soy sauce from Morissons.

Brass is a funny one to cast.
I have had mixed success with it.
The best was when I used a green willow stick. Then cleaned the dross off, before pouring.

I found it nigh on imposible until I found out that you dissolve the copper into the molten zinc and NOT t'other way round. I use borax for everything. But not as Bath Salts.

Put a new bulb holder and one new bulb in the infrared heater that someone gave me because it was broken. Plus side it works and one bulb feels like it could cook your kidneys, down side the second bulb came pre snapped so no full body frying yet.
