Have you got the controls sorted? I have some pid controllers that I’ve acquired from work that might suit - but they have an analogue output rather than a logic output so not sure if they would suit whatever thyristor/power controller you are using…Mixed the bottom insulation and thinking how to make the control box. Might start the element form again or do differently.

I think it was amusement purposes, lol, his twin performs in a similar manner. Was it a case of if I can't see the camera it can't take a picture ! .......
Really interested in this as I have thought (nothing more ) of installing something in the workshop, to act as an extraction system and heat recovery. Problem is filtration. Thought various filter methods to stop heatex blocking up. Working in cryogenics for 30yrs the whole process is based and them.I've also done some monitoring, I fitted a temp sensor to one of my fresh air vents to do some calculations. I have got a heat recovery ventilation system where the whole houses air is run through a heat exchanger, which heats the incoming air and cools the outgoing air. Doing some math I get that the heat recovery is 60-65% efficient, which is less than I had hoped. The ideal range is in the 80% range.
I am going to have to do some fiddling of the system. I will start with cleaning the heat exchanger and try and swap in new filters. It's a sensitive system apparently, the fresh air vents (placed in bed rooms, livingroom, sauna) have to be in the right proportion to the extracting vents(kitchen, mudroom, bathrooms), and the total result should be a slight under pressure in the house. I got the original plans where it's all calculated so I can use that for a reference, but I would need an aneometer to diagnose it properly.
By "better riding position" do you mean lower and forward so you can actually get comfortable?I broke a rearset a few years ago when I had a minor crash, decided I would have a go at making a new plate to get them useable again. They allow a better riding position than standard. Need to finish cleaning it up and make one for the other side so it matches.
Oddly for me better riding position is further back and lower for road, and back and higher for track otherwise footrests hit the floor. I do have stupidly long legs though, hence needing to go back to increase leg room.By "better riding position" do you mean lower and forward so you can actually get comfortable?
(I bought a sports bike once, a gsxr600, and hated it! Gave me cramps within 5 mins of riding!)
