You can get an excellent finish with ordinary carbide inserts, don't even have to be fancy ground ones.Delrin is quite a different animal to nylon Delrin turns like a dream , allowing you to get near polished finishes if your cutter is correctly ground and stoned off.

Better with black though, don't see grubby hand marks
