Mine go up to 19mm, I don't know if larger ones are available to fit the ER32 chuck.
A 24mm is available, but it's really pushing the capacity. There's very little nose on the collet. The normal maximum is 20mm.
Are we talking ER25 or ER32?Thanks, I do recall seeing a 20mm one on line now, never knew that 24mm were even possible.
Then 16 is the max. You likely get bigger but I personally wouldn't be using them.ER25![]()
Some time ago I posted pics of some amplifier chassis I was making, now finished. Even did some woodwork!

Welcome to the world's slowest car build.
I tacked a few more tubes to the locost chassis today. The back end is slowly taking shape. I have neglected this for years but I'm running out of tools to buy (and space to put them) so I have no excuse not to get on with it.
I am finding the mill very handy for coping and squaring up tube ends.
The rear shocks got pulled out for a semi test fit.
I''ve decided to just get on with it without fretting too much otherwise I'll never get anything done.

I hope you are sticking to the original £250 budget
I went through this to some extent to make it look better than others, but I only took a year or so to build mine. In the end I couldn’t be bothered with SVA etc and turned mine into a track carWill all the money spent on kit to make this I could have bought a Westfield. The fun and adventure is in building it though and I didn't need half of the stuff I've bought but it keeps me occupied.
