Thanks, I do recall seeing a 20mm one on line now, never knew that 24mm were even possible.

ER25 is 16 I think, ER32 is 20.

Then 16 is the max. You likely get bigger but I personally wouldn't be using them.ER25

Welcome to the world's slowest car build.
I tacked a few more tubes to the locost chassis today. The back end is slowly taking shape. I have neglected this for years but I'm running out of tools to buy (and space to put them) so I have no excuse not to get on with it.
I am finding the mill very handy for coping and squaring up tube ends.
The rear shocks got pulled out of storage for a semi test fit.
I've decided to just get on with it without fretting too much otherwise I'll never get anything done.

Will all the money spent on kit to make this I could have bought a Westfield. The fun and adventure is in building it though and I didn't need half of the stuff I've bought but it keeps me occupied.

My two cents worth. Have had some play ground equipment to construct over the last few weeks, no all completed, so got on with the boat build. Boat has it's floor in and foam, si
side doors are welded and the motor well almost completed. We are using the motor well to get in and out of the boat at this stage. Plumbing and pumps are in cable conduit is also in.
Hard top roof is also constructed and will be fitted tomorrow. This means that the boat is 95% welded
. So far 4.5spools of 5356 1.2 wire and 1.5 bottles of gas G size, so happly with the gas usage.

I also do airless paint pump repairs. so I made this

I went through this to some extent to make it look better than others, but I only took a year or so to build mine. In the end I couldn’t be bothered with SVA etc and turned mine into a track car
