More mess. Most of the day and wheel is still not fully stripped. Took a lot of effort scraping the dcm/paint off. Also dcm is rubbish for celulose, much better removing that first with thinners, or not using it as a test peice! I am now unsure if I want to strip the tank, or try to make the existing paint good to spray over.

It’s not attached to a building,therefore not subject to building regs,EN1090. Of course it is subject to the demands of the customer.

Like the rollers (and the view); there was something similar sat unused outside a garage in the next village For years, but I’d heard the owner was a bit cantankerous and with my poor French never stopped to ask if he’d sell, went by one day and they’d gone, along with a big old hand cranked grinding wheel
