How the mighty have fallen, there was a time I’d simply order a sheet of 3/4 plywood and chop it to shape, but retirement and divorce has changed the status quo, so I sawed up a scruffy old chest of drawers to get wood for a tool board. First coat of paint on, filled an afternoon.

The wood for the slab for my workshop also turned up, so I may order a skip and start removing a layer of garden soon. it will be re-reconstituted into parts for the shed, or a big workbench once its use for the base.
Those steel racks will probably be stripped and scrapped, too bulky for the storage they provide.

Another driving lesson today
Way better but I'm still an issue for cyclists
And I got someone who tried to suicide on my car

Anyway I drove better .
Little bit of indecision approaching with a bus stopped at the bus stop
Instructor wanted to surpass it I didn't because concerned about running over someone he turned the steering wheel for me and I been obligated to surpass the bus

Adapted some better casters onto an old hospital bed. Tomorrow I’ll modify the frame a bit an add a 19mm ply top and have a nice adjustable height mobile work bench.

But now you can do what you want, when you want AND leave the toilet door open and the lid up. And things stay put.
