View attachment 206222 Today ,made a gun stock support,this is the first of a batch,tbc,after this first off,they’re for showing off night vision optics ,at £8000 each.
They go on display at an exhibition in Nuremberg next month,I’m also half way thru building 2 huge raised floors for this,and will go to Germany on a jolly to help erect these floors,photos of floors to follow.

So here’s the second ,smaller floor,9m long,pity it’s all-self colour,but it’s going to be cloaked in fancy display walls,and...on Monday I’ve 2 corner posts,4.4 m tall ,to carry an 80” tv.

But there is very little information out there on it.

A friend has managed now given me another item were the information is scant.

Yeah some sort of sump. My machinist coworker has bolted it to a huge bit of 20mm plate.

Today I made a t-nut saver (link to photos on another thread) and also made some minor modifications to my sheet metal bender.

The bender has a home leaning up against a drawer unit. Since making it, I keep finding the lever arms (just some lengths of 25 × 25 × 2.5 mm box section) fell over and got under foot. I had a few off-cuts of 30 × 30 × 2 mm box section, so I welded them onto the bender above where the existing ones (for the inserting the lever arms when using the bender) were.

On one end, I also welded on a cap piece:

Now the lever arms have a home to go to when the bender is not in use:

At last I’ve got my linisher back together,it’s very old,American,but always worth saving,& of course it always breaks when you’ve just stocked up on belts.my mate welded the casting & strengthened it ,but the added stiffness didn’t fuse well,so I’ve added some screws.one day I’m going to have to make a replacement in steel.
