Following on from the roof vent got the fan fitted at the door end. It’s something like 15inch so shifts a huge amount of air. Standing at the oposite end you can feel the rush of air being dragged through the roof vent. Should keep things a little fresher.
Bought hinges snapped on first use so made some heavy duty hinges made from M10 nuts drilled out and welded to form a tube an M10 bolt as the pin.
Once topcoated it’ll get some seals to make it weather tight.
As usual made from scrap hence why they’re deferent lengths.

The house was empty.
I was alone.
I found nowt to watch on the TV.
I needed to do something.
The playpen was full of paint fumes.
I made stuff.
As the MIF remarked on how "rude" my friends cakes looked, I had to copy and let her have some.
Those on a diet look away now.

The large cup cakes have a digestive and ginger biscuit base. The a 3 egg sponge mix on top, with Lindor dark chocolate chunks. . The butter icing on top is made with rich Belgium coco powder. The cases are rice paper, so everything is edible.
The cakes were cooked in oven proof cases and when warm moved to the rice paper cases.
The cookies are an old recipe. But last diced up some Cadbury Carmel bars and added to the mix. The other mix, they are bundled into a pile. I used Terry chocolate chunks.
The small cup cakes. Where innocent.
Ish.
They only crushed Oreo biscuits as a base, with butter. Then s sponge mix. The topping is the inside of the Oreo, blended with butter icing and coco powder.
Box cakes with toped using the Victorian icing bag I got ages ago.
Don't ask about my Swiss roll.

Made a steering rod from 25mm square tube and Acetal bushes with square holes.
It is to replace the one on one of the Cats I was working on last week, the yellow one.
I also made a couple of Nylon rollers for another Cat.
Made a roof from 4mm Alu for yet another Cat. I had to backstep the long welds to minimise distortion.
This is it with what was originally there, a heavy plywood section.
And this is it fitted.

Bought a trolley from Screwfix for my Ar/CO2 cylinder. Took it home and immediately started welding on it to suit my needs. Added some locators to hold the cylinder centred, a rigid connection for the ratchet strap and a hook either side for storing hoses or cables.
Some welding is decent, some is not so decent.. i'm new to MIG.

Yesterday's work:
Made a new short ground connection lead for my baby Kemppi. While the fixed MIG gun is fine i have a number of different ground clamps and like to be able to switch as needed. It was a simple short cable with a ring terminal at one end and a Dinse socket at the other:
Then made this to celebrate the endeavour:

Today I made new railings for the house. Built a new landing outside the front door, cut and fitted the stair railings, reused the original posts, and started on the front railings. Just a gate to fit, a bit fettling, and a paint job left to do.
Ok, I admit it, it’s for a doll’s house, and they are made of balsa wood and plastic. But I had the afternoon off, and the mood took me.
Entering my 3rd childhood now, had my 2nd one early to beat the rush.

Today i did not measure twice, weld once. 
Modifying the trolley for the argon cylinder..
I'll replace it with the same trolley as the other one. I also discovered my "locators" on the other one are far better. This is real cheap and nasty anyway, oh well.

Really like your Dinse short lead solution. Your post also reminds me I need to weld on a hose hanger onto my cylinder trolley.
