It's adjustable pretty much every which way and is a stand but not for a scare crow.

Dunno, but if that's the orientation, and it lives outside, I hope there's an opening in the bottom of the lower bit to let the water out that will run inside it . . .

Made an adapter for my pressure washer gun, so now it has a quick connection. The old hose froze and I now have a ten meter long one with a QC end.
