Finished my enclosure today. The hinges were "difficult". I bought 50mm ones as I wanted things to be in proportion. What an ar*e of a job, I will get the bigger ones next time I need some as my sausage fingers were burned a few times fiddling with them. Off to the powder coater's tomorrow and then I am nearly ready for a trial run.
Just to re-iterate, only the Jabber Wocky welding is mine, though I did all the fab work. It all lines up too when bolted together, amazing....
Really pleased with the doors because there is plenty of space and access when they are opened because of the pivot points being so far back. It is a great design feature even though I say so myself.
