Beer/Wine ice bucket for my mrs Company.

Some sort of issue causing soot. Hard to say whether it was the scotchbrite (although I cleaned with acetone) or a gas issue. Either way I need to check connections and lines. I've got a feeling I may have a hole somewhere in the torch cable.

Probably would of looked better if I glued the letters on but didn't have anything suitable.

Now I'm no expert, in fact I'm very much in the learning stage for Tig. I can't even tell if that's stainless or aluminium.
Brad, is there any reason you could not have drawn around the letters and drilled 3 small holes from the front, inside the lines of each letter, then plug welded from the back?

I cut my letters as a single piece and bolted them on on delrin pillars with stainless nuts and bolts

Just fitted the bracket for the ropes which has made the back of the cab a tiny bit tidier:



Parked in the badlands of Bedfordshire tonight and it's a bit quiet tomorrow so I've been told to have a steady drive north in the morning, whereupon my next task is to somehow fit a spare "H" frame to the suzie rack so I can store my sheets and sweeping brush and numerous other tranclements up out of the way .

I had to migrate away from the workbench to lay the full run out. The top length still in the wrapping is 2255mm.
