I need to find some screws like this, I can't fine an exact match for them so thought the 'MIG hive mind' might know what they are.
They are for fixing down the lids of 3 phase transformers, some plonker on site has gone round removing them everywhere
They have a PZ2 head and a 8mm hex. The PZ2 is the important bit as they need to be removable by screw driver. They also have a flat tip so not to cut into any wiring inside the transformers.
