Marvell Yukon 8056 on Shuttle motherboard FB83 in barebones SB83G5M 4Gb / 1Tb 32 bit Windows 7 Ultimate.
On bootup, the network adapter (hardwired) tells me that there is no network available. Starting troubleshooter tells me that there was a problem with the driver, which is now fixed. Until the next boot that is!
This computer has been booted under Debian and the network adapter works fine as it does under Windows 10.
I have done an update on the driver, uninstalled it and re-installed automatically and also fetched the latest (32 bit) Windows 7 driver from their site and loaded it manually. Nothing seems to have helped.
I have also wiped out and reset the CMOS memory as it suggests that there is some write protect issue somewhere.
