This stuff looks cheap and I guess 250ml will be enough?the primary ingredient in stove blacking is graphite powder, sometimes with the addition of carbon powder, and binders.
by the time you've bought graphite powder you may as well buy a proprietary stove blacking product
I remember Zebrite from my youth... I've ordered some amazon stuff, will try it out and report back...Zebrite is one of the brands
I will try the Liberon stuff if the amazon stuff is junkThe best is liberon iron paste , modern zebrite is pants with its new safe formulation but the iron paste is pretty good, it’s like polishing shoes you need to let it dry for a bit then buff it with a soft brush. It’s a messy job so wear gloves.

I too have had success with the stove blacking pastes but, damn, that thing is lovely!
I so want one. Nothing on eBay at the moment, where can I get myself one of those?
