Hello,
I'm restoring a mini at the moment and just completed replacing most of the rear end.
I’ve protected the rear with a coating of stone chip and cellulose top coat. But I’ve now read that using stone chip can trap the moisture causing rust behind.
I’ve still to complete the rest of the underside and I’m unsure whether to continue with stone chip or use some of the Dinitrol waxy products over a top coat (leaving out the stone chip all together) and hopefully not letting in, trapping and hiding moisture and rust.
What are your opinions?
Thanks in advance,
Ian
