Only had my Scirocco 2 months and it's been stolen!
Woke up this morning to find it gone.

Sorry to hear about that. I used to have a 'Rocco, loved it to bits. Mine was a 1.8i Storm in blue.

Older cars tend to get nicked more than modern ones for there is a big demand for nicking cars for spares and the security devices on them are usually non existant or overcome far too easily.

Why not look on ebay for someone close by breaking for spares or selling one the same colour & model and see how you feel about visiting for bits or prospective buyer . Best write down seven or more identifying marks that are not on a brand new car

dents ,scratches , upholstry marks , odd nuts & bolts used to fix things , VRN scratched in the battery top and sides. hack saw cuts on gearbox casing etc etc.


So that if you do come across it you can ID it with 100% certaintity for the police.

It's not bad here, only 3 ways off the Island all heavily camera'd they normally get stopped within 7 miles , though a few yrs ago a couple of a$$wipes were "clever" & took the A5 through snowdonia & made about 25-30 miles before they joined the heavenly hosts, at least they wont be breeding shame they wreaked someones car though.

i caught sum scrotes pinching a neighbours wheel disks was gonna poke me shotgun in there face fortunately i didnt. i got there car number and reported it . the old bill went round and found 150 wheel trims

Sorry to here about the theft mate. Will keep my eye out around Sheffield , i am out and about with my job all day. My lad is a VW nut , so i will get him to put the word out amongst the lads in the local VW clubs.
Where abouts in Sheff did it go from ?
