ok so I'm haveing a bad day, I bought a stihl fs450 brushcutter off ebay. Went and picked it up today, got there started and ran perfect paid the man and came home happy with my purchase.
Got home itching for a play, it started as before and ran well chiping nettles happily for a cupple of minutes, then it started to big down when reved and cut out. Restarted repeatedly and the probloem got worse and worse.
So took it to bits for a look everything seemed in good order, so started to look at adjusting the carb. Looking through the holes in the cover for the adjusting screws something didn't look quite right, the adjusting screws wernt there.
So off with the cover and The carb only to find the carb wasn't a Zama like I was expecting but a Chinese copy called ruixing.
Has anyone got any experience with these carbs?
