does any one know how to reset a stel tig up 203 h ac/dc
it keeps coming up with CC in the balance display ?? i spoke to someone who has one of these machines and he said to reset it but didnt say how to do it
is it some thing i could do myself or does it have to go to a retailer .

I have a 201h and have not heard or read of resetting the machine. I do know they do some weird stuff if the back of the control board gets dirty. Recently mine would only go from 20 to 28 then back to 20 on the AC frequency and it was muck on the back of the potentiometer connections. A quick waft with a brush and it was all back to normal buzzing like a mad wasp. On the select mode control panel there is a led called the tig reset mode selection but I can't see any info on what it does.
