I have found a few marks on the window frames on my workshop which looks like some scum has been trying to break in with some sort of lever bar, so I want to make up some mesh panels to cover the windows from the inside ASAP. I guess they must have been disturbed or got spooked (?) as they didnt succeed.
What do you guys use / suggest ? I want something pretty heavy duty like 6mm + i.e. something that would be difficult to cut with a bolt cropper. The security mesh I have seen is very thin like the stuff supermarket trolleys are made from.
After a bit of googling all I seem to be able to find is the fairly thin stuff, I think I want to use concrete reinforcement mesh which looks about 6mm diameter on a 6" grid pattern but cant find a supplier, can anyone help ?
I have 3 windows that are about 5' x 3' and one small one in the loo about 1.5' x 2.5'.
Cheers
James
