What does one of those look like?a 20 amp double pole metal switch if your not 2 fussy on looks
I would put one of these self contained no volt release switches on it, just buy a small enclosure from maplin and cut a rectangular hole for the switch, no relays or contactors required.

No a switch is perfectly ok, however a mushroom e stop is infinitely easier to hit in a hurry if something does go wrong.well the switch on my drill is just a rotary on off switch built in. its been on well over 60 years and I cant exactly say I needed a nvr switch or see a reason to fit one . I hardly think there will be a powercut half way through a job and id forget about it and leave it on why go ott. anyone that has no savvy shouldn't be let loose on any machinery without supervision
I have some old school cast iron NVR switches that would better suit the character of the machine. Big ugly old things which probably need attention but would look "right" if that was a consideration...
