Biocide is what you after - "wet and forget"...

Active ingredient "alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride" - this will kill - if you patient - any growth.

It a slow job and you need to keep washing it down inside - outside the rain and elements will do it for you...

Nothing is an instant cure when you got an living organism laying down roots to survive....

Doesn’t work out. Too hot in Spain in summer, too cold here in winter. Friend is out there at the moment, 35* +, coming back in a couple of weeks but 90 days here puts him back there oct/nov dec, back here for jan /feb/mar. Because it’s 90 days in 180 days you can’t avoid it.
