I purchased some of these a few months ago,
Supposed to be marine grade stainless but they must be chinese as they have rusted badly.
I'm after some replacements making, ideally in 316 stainless but any corrosion resistant grade would be fine.
O/D is 48mm, width 22mm
They take 10x26x8mm bearings.
There is some flexibility, I'm running 3mm o/d rope through them. The ones in the photo have a 16mm radius to 7mm depth but I could use anything from 3mm upwards.
O/D could be from 42mm to 50mm or so providing the inner radius remains the same (ie. if you have 2" bar stock that would work)
Bering center needs to be 10mm, other sizes are flexible (providing I can source stainless bearings to suit) and so on.
I need 8 of them by the end of the month.
Happy to take more (multiples of 8) if it makes it worth setting a cnc lathe or something up.
I can provide some 316 round bar if required!
If anyone is interested in the job let me know and I'll get a drawing up so you can work out a price
Thanks!
