I've just helped towards weldequips early retirement and bought a load of 2.5 esab ok 46's off him. I have got a job for them, but still can't afford them. tchoo.
i know m8 im only 37 now, i had angina since i was 28 and had a heart attack on the motor way at 33
i am known as a stress head, always seem to have a 1000 and 1 things to do and not enough hours in the day to do them
That's alright mate. You'll know better when you've grown up a bit.
btw, just bought a box of nicrex 312, 2.5's on the bay for £30 inc postage. Half price over BOC.
Don't know why i'm pleased. I can't afford them and there's no job to pay for 'em.... but there will be....
You ever tried the old "calms" tablets? Non prescription and work a treat if you worry.
Also , got any spare nitro glycerene?
Im sorting out an order for W/E at the mo on the rod front so Im another one contributing towards his retirement, A guy i do work for also had a heart attack in his 30s, he is always stressed as well, The Rat tat noise sounds like H/F.
yes it does sound like H/F arc, does it continue to arc around once you get a welding arc going? H/F on a/c makes a good buzz followed by a tazler type arc straying to the nearest point of contact, The other posibility and iv had this on a couple of sets is a damaged footpedal cable. Damage a core to the pot and you get H/F or full amps and nothing in the middle.
