Just to be sure -
I have some existing stainless tanks (ex human food production) that I need to chop bits off of, and then, flat back with a flap wheel.
Am I right in thinking that I should use all fresh cutters / flap wheels, that have never touched mild?
And how carful do I need to be? I mean my grinder is always covered in dust. Should I be wiping that down? Blowing out the motor? Using a fresh grinder?
I would really rather not get a load of spots on the stainless afterward.
Thank you.
