Last time I needed some custom springs I went to Flexo Springs in Bristol, looks like they are still going.
There was a tooling charge that was quite a bit higher than the materials cost as I only wanted a few, but they have loads of standard sizes on the shelf as well.

I've always used Springmasters in Redditch, but it will cost for a one-off.

I've adapted existing ones before.
Find another spring with the same size wire od.
Find a drill bit (or bit of round bar) the same size as the ID of the existing spring.
Heat the wrong spring and pull it down to size around the drill bit.
Pair of mole grips holding one end to the drill bit and a pair of pointed grips on the end coil at the other end.
re temper, cut down to length.
Most of the ones I have done are bigger for mowers/balers etc so a small one might be tricky to hold but at least you can use a blowtorch to heat it rather than a forge in this weather!

Been racking my brains where have i seen a spring like that, it came to me earlier that they are very similar in trolley jacks or anything with a preset overload valve with a seated bearing behind it.
