Sprague capacitor.

The capacitor on my MF4 has blown.Does anyone know where I can get a replacement or a suitable modern one that will do the job.

Go to a local motor rewind place, they've often got boxes of ones recovered from scrap motors & can advise you on what you need

never dealt with them and no idea what their prices are like but M028 looks about the right providing it will fit

Look on ebay for a 90uf start capacitor rated to 350v or higher. It will probably be plastic bodied but that doesn't matter as long as it is the same physical size. Aluminium bodied ones are harder to find & are expensive.
