Does anybody know of a company relatively close to Essex that has capability to spot weld 1.5mm aluminium to 1.5mm aluminium.
All parts will be supplied along with jigging, it's just the spot welding aspect that we require. It is an ongoing job, relatively small batches but tight tolerances.
From my understanding it would require a machine capable of 25kA.
Must be spot welded.
